We have facilities across the UK and are looking for a Slitter Operator to join our team in Burnley.
What you’ll do
- Operate high-speed slitting machinery for flexible packaging
- Carry out basic machine maintenance (lubrication, clean-downs, etc.)
- Monitor performance: run hours, speeds, waste levels, set-ups
- Conduct quality inspections and complete paperwork to customer standards
- Work closely with the Shift Manager to resolve engineering issues quickly
- Ensure materials, labelling, and wrapping are correct to maximise uptime
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern: The attractive shift pattern involves working a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts
working an average of 14 shifts per month.
