Governance

Acting Responsibly

Our governance framework is built on the pillars of integrity, transparency, and accountability, and is upheld through our Code of Conduct and supporting policies. This framework underlines our unwavering commitment to ethical business practices and the protection of human rights across our operations and supply chain. We strive to foster a culture where accountability is integral, ensuring that all employees consistently uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in their daily work.

We are proud to be a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact, aligning our operations with its ten universal principles. In addition, we are actively contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on Goals 4, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, and 17.

Ensuring full compliance with all relevant social, economic, and environmental regulations is our top priority. To advance circularity and recyclability, we collaborate with industry associations and work closely with our customers to co-develop sustainable packaging solutions. We also partner with universities, innovative companies, and startups to drive the development of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable processes.

Our procurement practices are guided by ethical sourcing principles. We rigorously screen, evaluate, and audit selected suppliers based on their sustainability performance, monitoring environmental and geopolitical risks with care. We also challenge our targeted suppliers to reduce their environmental footprint and contribute positively to our shared sustainability goals.

To enhance transparency, we have set clear sustainability targets and regularly monitor our progress. We are equally committed to strengthening our risk management processes to better identify and address climate-related environmental and social risks.
