Coveris is a leading European packaging company that manufactures flexible packaging solution for some of the world’s most respected brands. The company develops packaging that protects all types of products from food to pet food, from medical devices to industrial and agricultural products. 

At present, we are looking for an experienced IT Business Process Specialist (f/m/d) who would support all our sites in the transformation and standardization of the IT processes. This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and will be based in any of our Coveris office locations in Europe, giving you the freedom to thrive wherever you are!

The role includes:
  • Conducting process audits within IT to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks. 
  • Mapping out current workflows using process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) to provide a visual representation of processes. 
  • Defining Key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT processes such as cycle time, error rate, and resource utilization. 
  • Measuring metrics like cost savings, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and improved processing speed after implementing changes. 
  • Creating and maintaining clear, detailed documentation for IT processes, workflows, and procedures. 
  • Facilitating regular meetings with all key stakeholder to gather feedback and requirements. 
  • Coordinating efforts between departments to ensure alignment of IT processes with business objectives.
  • Close cooperation with other IT teams to deploy new IT processes and ensure successful integration with existing systems. 
Our expectations:
  • You have successfully completed your Bachelor's degree with a focus on Information Technology, Business Processes, or a related field. 
  • You have demonstrated professional experience in designing IT service management and business processes, or a similar role.
  • You have strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) - a relevant certificate would be a plus.
  • You have experience with IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and ideally are familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and basic networking principles.
  • You have good general IT skills and a good understanding of IT technologies and best practices. 
  • You are customer service focused with strong communication skills and are able to explain IT topics to non-IT users.
  • You demonstrate the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues by creating / standardizing processes and/or improving them.
  • You have strong analytical skills, a problem solving mindset and drive to initiate and implement necessary changes.
  •  Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to support workshops, project reviews, or stakeholder meetings.
  • You are a self-starter and can organize your priorities and work environment yourself. 
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English. 
  • Good command of MS Office.
