Our ReCover sites are at the heart of this effort, with capacities of up to 12,000 tonnes respectively, producing high-quality ReGen resins. This sustainable feedstock is then integrated into new packaging, helping to reduce reliance on virgin materials and meet Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations​​.

ReCover transforms plastic packaging waste into high-quality regranulates for reuse in new packaging solutions. Our recycling network, including the EREMA machines across several plants, ensure that operational and post-consumer waste are efficiently repurposed into high-performance packaging materials.

By keeping plastics in the loop, Coveris is not only reducing plastic waste but also setting a new standard for sustainable packaging solutions. Our goal is to expand our recycling capacity continously, ensuring a long-term impact on the packaging industry's environmental footprint​.
