What you can expect:

·Leadership in the further development and roll out of sales controlling and commercial excellence activities

·Define and coordinate implementation of new systems, procedures and tools specifically in the area of sales (e.g. business intelligence reports, pricing tools and procedures and CRM)

·Support Sales Directors and Sales Managers on all aspects related to sales controlling and commercial excellence

·Own the sales controlling including monthly performance management review. Ensure timely reporting and action tracking for business improvement.

·Arrange and coordinate in-depth business reviews on selected customers.

·Support management on all aspects related to commercial excellence, profit development, goal setting, account reviews, etc.

·Provide hands-on support during major negotiations and in developing customer-specific strategies

·Support specific projects and customer-specific initiatives

·Lead the annual sales budgeting process, including tool development for
volume and value analysis

What we expect:

•Preferably university degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field

•Minimum 3-5 years experience in production / manufacturing environment, with focus on Sales Controlling, Commercial Excellence,…

•Strong Microsoft Excel skills with desire to learn new tools, strong understanding of IT Systems and database

•Strong organisational and project management skills

•Team player with excellent personal communication skills to work with

•colleagues across the group to meet deadlines and achieve project goals

•Self starter with pragmatic approach

•Excellent English required
