Job Title: Quality Assurance Compliance Auditor
Location: UK

We are currently recruiting for a QA Coordinator to join the Quality team based at our Boston site. If you are organised with excellent report writing skills, this good be the role for you!

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Ensure the site maintain BRC and ISO C of C certifications and work in conjunction with the Quality Manager & Central QA Office at Boston
  • Ensure all internal auditing requirements are fully maintained and adhered to and includes, Process and Pre-requisite audits, desk top audits
  • Ensure annual Traceability / Withdrawals are completed prior to sites annual BRCGS Audits
  • Obtain a good understanding / knowledge of the processes at site
  • Support the site with creating and implementation of the DART documents, auditing the process to continually confirm DARTs are accurate against the process
  • Support continuous improvement and strive quality improvements at all times
  • Attend the daily Gemba at site
  • Review Quality data reports with the sites to understand opportunities
  • Ensure all spoilage information has been added to the site tracker in readiness for the QA report
  • Facilitate all site customer complaints from arranging collection, communicating with the customer at all times
  • Compile customer facing report back to customer on completion of investigation
  • Completing the credit approval process via the Senior Management Team
  • Liaising with the site leadership team to inspect any returned goods
  • Being part of the site leadership team to investigate customer complaints and to establish root cause analysis
  • Providing daily weekly month complaint figures at set times
  • Where necessary visit customers to understand their supply chain challenges
  • Liaise with all Site departments ensuring end to end Quality and customer satisfaction
  • Support the site with problem solving on internal and external quality issues

 

Key Requirements:

  • Computer literate, organised and calm under pressure – with excellent report writing skills
  • Travel may be required therefore current driving licence an advantage
  • Identify and recommend new ways of working which benefit Coveris
  • Demonstrate an active engagement with constantly looking for ways to improve the process to drive commercial benefit
  • Support CI always to ensure the business sets industry standards
  • Establish key working relationships with colleagues
